This is a patient in her 50s who experienced contour irregularities after undergoing an abdominoplasty elsewhere. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen and flanks; a total of 250 cc of fat was removed. She also underwent a scar revision in the central aspect of the scar on the right side. This resulted in a much flatter, even contour of the abdomen.

This is patient in his 20s with excess skin and fat in the abdomen and love handles after a 90 pound weight loss. He underwent a circumfrential abdominoplasty, including a traditional abdominoplasty (with skin/fat excision and muscle tightening) and an oblique flankplasty (with skin/fat excision of the love handles). A total of 3240 g (7.1 pounds) of tissue was removed, which resulted in a nice, smooth contour around the waist.

This is a patient in his 50s with excess skin in his abdomen after undergoing liposuction with another surgeon. He wanted removal of this extra skin, especially in the upper abdomen. He underwent a skin-only abdominoplasty because he still had good abdominal muscle tone and did not require any muscle-tightening.

This is a patient in his 40s who wanted an improvement in the volume of his buttocks. He underwent a Brazilian butt lift; a total of 100 cc of fat was injected into the right buttocks and 105 cc of fat was injected into the left buttocks.
