Columbia Surgical Center

At the Columbia Surgical Center you will experience very individualized care from our fully licensed and highly trained staff. All our staff is Basic Life Support (BLS) trained. We speak with all of our Columbia Surgical Center patients pre-operatively to review their health history and ensure that any preoperative testing or health clearance is obtained if necessary. We also work closely together with our anesthesia team because our patient’s health and safety is the number one priority at the Columbia Surgical Center.

Our operating room is nationally accredited through the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). The Columbia Surgical Center is equipped with the latest technology in cosmetic surgery. We offer you a private and safe environment where you are the surgeon’s top priority. If you prefer to have your surgery at the hospital, Dr. Schenden has hospital privileges at William Beaumont Hospital in Troy, Michigan where he is Chief of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Elswick has privileges at William Beaumont Hospital Troy and Royal Oak, as well as McLaren Macomb Hospital.
